The role
The Group IT Manager oversees IT service delivery across the company's restaurants and support centre, ensuring systems operate reliably. They manage incident response, SLAs, backups, and business continuity plans while supporting project delivery such as system upgrades and new venue build-outs. The role involves working closely with the Fractional CTO to translate strategic plans into practical actions, managing relationships with IT contractors and vendors, and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance standards are met. Candidates should have experience with multi-site hospitality IT environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and operational familiarity with EPOS, WiFi, booking, and payments. They require strong management of suppliers and a solutions-oriented approach, with additional skills in automation, GDPR, PCI DSS, or Cyber Essentials being advantageous.
