De functie
Lead design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments, applying advanced causal inference methods when needed.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to embed experimentation into development cycles.
Provide mentorship and technical direction to other data scientists and set best practices for hypothesis development, metrics, test design, and results communication.
Contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks, tools, and documentation to scale best practices.
Independently extract, transform, and analyze data from complex systems using SQL, Python, and related analytics tools.
Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and drive product evolution.
