A specialised AI testing professional is required to validate AI-powered digital solutions within a secure public sector environment. The role involves designing and executing test plans for AI agents, including testing conversational flows, APIs, and integrations, ensuring compliance and safety standards. Candidates will analyse conversation logs, monitor key metrics, and work closely with engineering teams to validate fixes, supporting audit and responsible AI standards. Experience in software testing, QA, or conversational AI testing, with knowledge of APIs, JSON, and automation frameworks, is essential. Knowledge of Salesforce AgentForce, AI platforms like Einstein, and regulated environments is highly desirable. The position suits a detail-oriented, analytical QA professional with a strong technical background and SC clearance eligibility.
