De functie
Architect and maintain complex marketing data pipelines and the Customer Data Platform to enable segmentation, targeting, automation, and analytics.
Design and implement data infrastructure for AI/ML initiatives, including feature stores and vector database integrations to support predictive modeling and personalization.
Lead automation and expand conversational BI and Ambient AI within the marketing organization.
Manage high-volume data pipelines, ensure data quality, and uphold SLAs while scaling for growth initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable data solutions by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams.
Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for the data engineering team.
