De functie
A Senior Pizza Chef is needed for a prestigious property in rural South Wales, working in a five-star resort situated by the coast. The role involves elevating the existing gourmet pizza offerings, working with premium equipment including a £40,000 stone-base pizza oven, and sourcing ingredients from local suppliers and importers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in premium restaurants, demonstrating skill, creativity, and stability. This hands-on role requires leading a team and managing high volumes of orders in a dynamic environment. The position offers long-term stability, with autonomy to innovate and develop the restaurant's pizza menu. Experience of 2-3 years at a pizza chef level in similar settings such as gastro pubs, hotels, or resort restaurants is essential.
