De functie
In this telephony-based role, you will provide customer-focused asset finance solutions while building and maintaining internal relationships to generate incremental new business.
Originate, grow, and retain customer relationships to support the development of the customer base.
Execute the contact strategy to generate business volume and collaborate with bank teams and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and structure deals appropriately, delivering solutions aligned with market offerings.
Ensure active relationships lead to referrals and repeat business through a customer-centric approach.
Hybrid role based in Rotherham, with up to two days in the office; opportunities for training and progression.
