De functie
This entry-level role provides administrative and compliance support to monitor and maintain procurement and contractual activities for Small Business Utilization.
Assist with contract documentation, data tracking, and compliance reporting in the B2GNOW system.
Coordinate administrative tasks related to professional services and contract monitoring under established procedures.
Maintain contract logs, tracking spreadsheets, and compliance databases; ensure timely updates.
Assist in preparing amendments, task authorizations, and other contract records; collect documents from contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Compile data for internal reports and advisory boards and support meetings and compliance discussions.
