De functie
Own the full preconstruction cycle, collaborating with the Estimating Director to deliver accurate project estimates and contracts on time.
Define contract scopes and analyze plans and project documentation to estimate costs.
Source, negotiate, and obtain competitive prices from suppliers and subcontractors while evaluating cost drivers.
Assess financial, technical, and operational risks and perform site visits to gather critical data.
Stay informed on the latest construction technologies and regulatory requirements; contribute to bid decisions and proposal development.
Maintain thorough records, write reports, and foster strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
