De functie
Provide day-to-day support to the Compliance Department and assist the AVP Compliance in monitoring state and federal requirements for life and annuity products.
Manage and document the execution of compliance projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Research state laws, regulations, and insurance guidelines; translate findings into actionable deployment steps for product and process changes.
Support market conduct exams, regulatory inquiries, risk assessments, and testing activities to strengthen the compliance posture.
Assist in privacy incident remediation and monitor operations for compliance with replacements, suitability, AML, and OFAC requirements.
Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
