De functie
Lead the design and maintenance of complex marketing data pipelines and a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable segmentation, targeting, automation and analytics.
Build data infrastructure for AI/ML, including pipelines for Generative AI, feature stores, and vector database integrations for personalized experiences.
Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable data solutions and data products.
Ensure high data quality and reliable SLAs for high-volume pipelines; continuously optimize performance and data lineage.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and help define best practices for the data engineering team.
Support automation and AI-driven initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to accelerate growth.
