Own and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Materials, Material Process, Ergonomics, and Industrial Engineering.
Analyze product flow to optimize material usage and standardize plant-wide practices to reduce costs.
Improve material process flow and resolve bottlenecks across operations such as autoclave and OPF workflows.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to develop practical tools and methods for a dynamic shop environment.
Standardize information flow and utilize ERP tools to control workflow, inventory, and purchasing; train teams on improvements.
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, stabilize processes statistically, and apply the Scientific Method to implement changes.
