De functie
Lead server-side development with TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS preferred) to build scalable platform services.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and robust PostgreSQL data models with tenant isolation.
Apply enterprise patterns such as CQRS and Event-Driven Architecture, integrating with RabbitMQ and other messaging systems.
Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies, write automated tests, and uphold coding standards and documentation.
Build and maintain cloud-native deployments using Docker and Kubernetes; contribute to CI/CD and code reviews.
US residency required; cybersecurity awareness and HIPAA/PHI/PII and PCI considerations emphasized.
