They develop and troubleshoot CNC programmes for milling, turning, and complex machining applications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and process reliability. The role involves working with modern CAD/CAM platforms like Fusion 360, HyperMill, and NX, supporting machining technologies such as high efficiency milling and adaptive machining. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver machining optimisation projects that reduce downtime and improve productivity. They also evaluate emerging digital manufacturing tools, promote safety standards, and contribute to technical content and customer education initiatives. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical skills are essential, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering support and process improvements.
