De functie
Manage a defined sales territory to grow and maintain B2B accounts by selling worksite insurance products and services.
Consult with clients to understand financial needs and deliver value with customized, needs-based employee benefit packages.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers and association executives to drive retention and long-term partnerships.
Lead annual benefit enrollments and group presentations to present tailored solutions and maximize employee benefits.
Identify and pursue new account opportunities while expanding the existing customer base.
Travel regularly within the territory as a full-time field seller, supported by structured onboarding and ongoing training.
