De functie
An IT support technician with experience in first and second line support is needed to resolve technical issues, assist with infrastructure management, and support modern workplace technologies. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in desktop support, and relevant certifications, such as CompTIA being desirable. The position is full-time and onsite, requiring candidates to be able to obtain security clearance. Applicants on visas or needing sponsorship are not eligible.
