De functie
Lead end-to-end AI agent deployments from kickoff to optimization, translating business goals into technical delivery.
Conduct business and technical discovery to deeply understand customer workflows, KPIs, and success criteria.
Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery pod including Experience Designers, AI Engineers, and Telephony Engineers; align with Engineering on feature gaps and roadmap.
Drive customer outcomes by managing multi-phase AI transformation programs and serving as the primary program lead post-go-live.
Establish scalable processes, governance, playbooks, UAT, evaluation frameworks, and deployment checklists to ensure repeatable success.
Enable customers through operational readiness and change management, and present AI strategy to executives to realize business value.
