De functie
Seeking a results-driven Healthcare Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within healthcare operations.
Responsibilities include in-depth financial analysis, performance reviews, and building business cases for new departments or projects.
Leverages Oracle, PeopleSoft, EPIC, and advanced Excel along with data visualization tools to guide strategic decisions and optimize operations.
Collaborates with clinical and leadership teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations across departments such as ER, Pathology, and Pharmacy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 5-7 years of finance experience with healthcare finance background.
Preferred: Master’s degree and prior supervisory or consulting experience; on-site role in Detroit, MI (40 hours/week, contract).
