De functie
As an Information Technology Technical Support specialist, you will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and support the service desk when workloads require it. You will lead IT projects from design to implementation, including server replacements, network upgrades, and cloud migrations. You will consult with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical IT solutions that improve operations. Cyber security is a core focus, contributing to Cyber Essentials activities and growing into a Cyber Advisor role with funded training. Key technical areas include Microsoft 365 administration, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), VoIP management (3CX), Azure, Intune, and MDM/MAM, as well as ITIL-based process improvements. You will thrive in a small, collaborative team, own tickets and projects from start to finish, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
