De functie
A qualified plumber with at least five years' experience and NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications is required to undertake domestic repairs, fault diagnosis, and system installations in occupied residential properties. The role involves repairing pipes, resolving leaks, and clearing blocked drains, often within social housing environments. The candidate must possess valid tools, a CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and a driving licence. They should be adept at working independently, adapting to various customer needs, and maintaining safety standards. The work schedule is flexible, with full-time hours, primarily based in and around Salford, including some distant sites. Responsibilities also include reporting work via PDA and upholding health and safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
