De functie
An Account Manager manages and develops relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients across the territory, primarily working in the field with around four days spent visiting customer sites. The role involves building long-term relationships, conducting account reviews, delivering training, and supporting customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless service delivery, alongside proactively resolving issues and identifying upsell opportunities. Organisation and time management are vital to plan visits and maintain accurate records. Occasional attendance at meetings and events complements ongoing customer engagement, with a focus on service quality and account growth.
