De functie
Lead the site Manufacturing Engineering function, delivering advanced manufacturing strategy, automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing roadmaps.
Own industrialisation and NPI for programmes, ensuring robust manufacturability, design-for-manufacturing, and readiness reviews.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team across process engineering, automation, and tooling, with clear priorities on cost, quality, and capability.
Drive operational excellence via real-time process monitoring, SPC, and data analytics to improve yield, OEE, and scrap reduction.
Maintain compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and lead capital investment aligned with programme needs.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver right-first-time launches and sustained production performance.
