De functie
Design and build agentic architectures for autonomous campaigns in the advertising domain.
Develop and optimize models with supervised fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and preference optimization (DPO/IPO).
Curate datasets and tools for MCP; build evaluation pipelines with automated benchmarks, multi-step reasoning tests, and safety guardrails.
Prototype and iterate on multi-agent orchestration frameworks and architectures (CoT, ToT, ReAct) integrating planning, tool use, and long-horizon reasoning.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions; stay current with LLMs, RL, and agent-based AI.
Deliver personalized, context-aware guidance across chat and non-chat experiences to help advertisers create, optimize, and manage campaigns.
