De functie
Develop and scale a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across social platforms.
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers from micro to macro tiers, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Oversee end-to-end campaigns, including contracting, briefing, asset delivery, payment, and performance tracking for 20+ partners monthly.
Implement gifting, seeding, and mailer programs while maintaining brand messaging and standards.
Maintain accurate campaign data with CreatorIQ, manage the influencer content library, and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, DTC, PR, and Sales teams, mentor junior teammates, and stay ahead of industry trends.
