De functie
Support the service desk by managing ticket triage, SLA adherence, and escalation workflows.
Assign tickets to the correct boards and coordinate remote and onsite technician scheduling based on urgency and contractual SLAs.
Capture and update essential client incident data, including location, contact information, requestor details, and device name.
Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
Receive comprehensive training on service desk operations with the goal of advancing to a full service desk engineer.
Maintain strong communication, take initiative, and uphold security and data privacy guidelines.
