De functie
The role involves helping clients achieve their fitness goals by delivering engaging sessions, providing personalised health and fitness advice, and ensuring safety during the use of equipment. The position requires excellent communication skills to motivate and support a diverse clientele, along with technical competency in fitness instruction and client programme management. Responsibilities include conducting inductions, maintaining a safe environment, and running personal training or small group sessions to expand the customer base. Candidates should hold at least CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 with support to attain Level 3, alongside a proactive attitude towards personal development. The environment emphasises teamwork, health and safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service to all abilities.
