De functie
The HR Operations Specialist manages core HR administration including contracts, onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes. They ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across HR systems and employee records. The role involves coordinating payroll with finance, managing benefits, and tracking leave and employee milestones. They build and maintain HR process documentation and support compliance with UK employment law and international regulations. Additionally, they oversee HR tools, support performance and salary reviews, and handle employee queries. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, experience with HR systems, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
