De functie
Lead the planning, design, and permitting of civil site development and infrastructure projects with a multi-disciplinary team.
Design site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion/sediment control from concept through construction.
Manage multiple projects within budget and schedule, monitoring progress and minimizing write-offs.
Prepare and review feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports; perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
Develop and grow client relationships, pursue new work, and mentor junior staff while supporting office growth plans.
Ensure SWPPP compliance and water quality requirements, coordinating with regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
