De functie
Lead logistics and incident support as Deputy Executive Director / Logistics Section Chief, ensuring readiness and deployable resources for all-hazards operations.
Act as Acting Section Chief and IMT member, coordinating procurement, fleet, warehousing, and field deployment in austere environments.
Drive 90% mission readiness of logistics systems; manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination with state, federal, and private-sector partners.
Develop SOPs, safety programs, and training; oversee personnel development, recruitment, and performance.
Support 24/7 activations, incident management tools (WebEOC, GIS), and communications systems to maintain operational connectivity.
Travel as required and present capabilities to external stakeholders to expand scope and partnerships.
