De functie
Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Generative AI and NLP systems focused on conversational experiences across voice, text, and multi-modal interfaces.
Analyze conversational data, perform error analysis, and continuously improve models and representations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, experiments, and strong baselines to establish cause-and-effect insights.
Build scalable, production-grade AI solutions using transformer-based LLMs (open-source and commercial), with careful fine-tuning and safety considerations.
Deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical write-ups to showcase capabilities and drive adoption.
Own hands-on ML lifecycle tasks, including data pipelines, labeling, model training, serving, and MLOps in a fast-paced environment.
