Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant

The role involves leading the delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, collaborating with clients throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, training, and deployment. Candidates will guide junior consultants, facilitate workshops, and support pre-sales activities to optimise customer investments in Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include designing and configuring D365 CE and Power Platform solutions, producing functional documentation, and managing smaller implementation projects. Successful applicants will possess proven experience in implementing end-to-end D365 CE solutions and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and the Power Platform is essential, alongside relevant Microsoft certifications and experience with a Microsoft Partner.
