De functie
Coordinate event logistics across campus, ensuring hospitality standards are met for all events.
Serve as the main point of contact for room setup, breakdown, and AV needs for services and external groups.
Manage AV equipment in partnership with IT and oversee part-time event staff, including delegation, scheduling, and supervision.
Coordinate onsite security to maintain safety standards and collaborate with pastoral staff for funerals and weddings.
Deliver precise, detail-oriented planning with strong communication and adaptability to evolving event requirements.
Proficient with basic computer tools and Microsoft Office; maintain a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 50 lbs; valid TX driver's license.
