De functie
The role involves providing in-person 1st and 2nd line IT support at West Burton, acting as the main IT contact, and monitoring network and telecoms systems. It requires supporting Microsoft Office 365 and other desktop applications, including troubleshooting video-conferencing technologies, and collaborating with other IT support tiers for complex issues. The position is based at West Burton, with responsibilities to design and deliver user training and support IT projects related to support functions. Candidates must hold an HNC in Computing or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, plus office software. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a technical environment are essential.
