De functie
Lead strategy and roadmap to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI models at production-ready scale.
Build and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs using large datasets, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Inspire and manage a team of scientists and engineers through R&D, advancing AI/ML innovations at scale.
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and data collection to prototyping and deployment, with strong stakeholder communication.
Partner with Product and Engineering to inform discovery experiences and emphasize the strategic importance of AI initiatives.
Uphold governance practices, publish team work, and foster high standards of ethics, collaboration, and continuous learning.
