Senior Data Scientist

Lead the design, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning models in production environments.
Research and develop algorithms for object detection, tracking, product identification, and scene understanding to improve in-store experiences.
Ensure model robustness, generalization, accuracy, testability, and efficiency, while writing deployable code.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams of software and computer vision engineers to translate research into practical solutions.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, trade-off analysis, and effective communication to influence product direction.
Possess advanced degree or equivalent practical experience, with a track record of applying ML/vision techniques to business needs and a continuous-learning mindset.
