De functie
Based in Jurupa Valley, CA, lead the design and optimization of distribution center processes, ensuring adherence to best practices across the network.
Develop and manage engineered labor standards and a pay-for-performance incentive program to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
Oversee labor management systems (LM/Time capture) and coordinate with IT and vendors to implement system improvements.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve methods, layout, equipment, and general cost reduction through cross-functional collaboration.
Lead the DC slotting program and the Manhattan Slotting system, standardizing processes and training DCs on strategy and application.
Own budgeting, capital planning, new DC design, and the growth of IE and SME teams, mentoring leaders and delivering projects on schedule with Six Sigma methodology.
