De functie
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI systems, including Large Language Models and Generative AI, in production.
Drive end-to-end AI pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Translate business questions into analytic problems and deliver actionable recommendations based on deep dive analyses of structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals and continuously improve model performance and reliability.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence product direction.
Bring hands-on expertise with Python, ML frameworks, and agentic AI capabilities to deliver production-grade, trustworthy AI outcomes.
