De functie
A&O Shearman is seeking a Paralegal to support the Engagement Terms Team at their Belfast office in a 12-month fixed-term role. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining client records, organise documentation, and contribute to process improvements across multiple databases. They will collaborate with finance and business development teams to ensure accuracy of client data, review records for discrepancies, and prepare summaries for verification purposes. The role involves liaising with partners, escalating queries, and supporting legal team projects, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in a law firm, database management, and drafting contracts is desirable, alongside keen attention to detail. Knowledge of risk and compliance functions is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder engagement.
