De functie
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across a government contract with HMRC, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and subcontractor management.
Lead procurement strategies, logistics planning, inventory control and supplier performance governance.
Collaborate with vetting teams to ensure accreditation, security standards and compliance across suppliers and personnel.
Negotiate contracts and service levels, maximise value for money while monitoring KPIs and driving corrective actions.
Forecast demand with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, commercial) and support project delivery and continuity planning.
Drive continuous improvement, risk management and data-led decision making across multi-site operations.
