De functie
Own the pre-renewal administration, setting up internal systems and ensuring FCA and regulatory compliance.
Assist in renewal data collection with clients and translate action points from internal strategy meetings.
Create market presentations and ensure portfolio values and sums insured are accurately displayed.
Own the client onboarding process and support expansion to existing clients; prepare renewal reports and documentation.
Assist fiduciary teams with premium collection and resolve complex accounts and administration queries.
Become comfortable with mid-term adjustments, keep client data up to date, and deliver proactive client service.
