Collaborate with Engineering to translate research into practical features for commercial products.
Publish influential work in top conferences and journals (e.g., VLDB, SIGMOD).
Build and mentor a Database Systems research group targeting 2-3 researchers within 1-2 years.
Engage with stakeholders across Product and Engineering to align research with roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.
