De functie
Lead digital marketing initiatives across ecommerce, marketplaces, and digital channels to drive growth, visibility, and revenue.
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy, measurement, and optimization with a strong focus on CRO, CAC/ROAS, and AOV.
Oversee Shopify and marketplace listings, SEO, and user experience improvements to boost conversion rates and customer retention.
Manage external agencies for PPC and email marketing, while developing email automation and lifecycle campaigns.
Directly mentor a Marketing Executive and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BD, and offline teams to align objectives.
Lead data-driven decision making, monitor KPIs, report performance to senior stakeholders, and iterate quickly to maximise ROI.
