De functie
Lead the end-to-end ML development and deployment process, including research, training, offline and online evaluation, and large-scale productionization of models.
Design and operationalize vision-language models and multimodal LLM systems, and scale them for real-world promotion and content discovery tasks.
Partner with fellow ML scientists, engineers, product, and creative teams to surface high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and prioritize research investments.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and ownership models.
Advance the state of the art with innovations that enhance the content discovery experience for members.
Engage with the ML community to learn, teach, and contribute to building a strong, ML-driven platform.
