De functie
Coordinate and execute logistics for pharmaceutical educational events, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Manage database entries and program details in the proprietary system to support promotional education.
Assist with budgeting, venue, menu, AV, and transportation arrangements, and coordinate payments with vendors.
Review venue contracts for accuracy and compliance, ensuring materials are complete and accurate.
Communicate with sales representatives and faculty; maintain high-volume email and after-hours phone coverage; protect confidentiality and IP.
Work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with cross-functional teammates to ensure successful event execution.
