Staff, Data Engineer (Ads Ops Data Support)

As a Staff Data Engineer in Ads Ops Data Support, you will shape technical direction and uplift team productivity through deep expertise in data engineering. Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to translate data needs into core KPIs and ensure source data producers log key attributes. Define foundational data models for core domains such as advertising, finance, and Salesforce systems. Design and build reliable, scalable data pipelines using Hive, Spark, streaming, and Presto to handle very large data volumes. Develop a comprehensive framework for document retention, compliance monitoring, and data governance, including data lineage in AWS. Partner with Data Platform and Infrastructure teams to set up Airflow repositories, build Operators, and manage Kubernetes/Docker-based backends and CI/CD pipelines.
