De functie
1) Proactive Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing and purchasing across hospitality and Build-to-Rent assets in Central London. 2) Manage supplier quotations, purchase orders, onboarding, contract administration, and supplier performance across multiple sites. 3) Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and maintain procurement documentation and reporting. 4) Support cost analysis, budget tracking, tender processes, and supplier negotiations to optimise value. 5) Collaborate with operations, facilities, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs. 6) Requirements: 2-5 years in procurement or purchasing, hospitality/property/construction exposure, strong organisational skills, Excel and procurement systems proficiency.
