De functie
Lead end-to-end development for Community Support products in China, delivering features that improve customer and agent experiences.
Serve as the technical lead within a cross-functional team, owning design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and launch efforts.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners across geographies to align on technical specs and trade-offs.
Write clean, scalable code and participate in design reviews, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.
Act as the project's point of contact, driving delivery, communicating status to stakeholders, and ensuring overall quality.
Influence engineering processes and the technical roadmap to strengthen the team's foundations and impact.
