Systems Accountant – Glasgow

A Systems Accountant role based in Glasgow involves managing and optimising financial close platforms, ensuring efficient month-end processes, and maintaining financial controls in a multi-entity environment. The position requires technical expertise in Record-to-Report systems such as Trintech ADRA, BlackLine, FloQast, and Oracle Account Reconciliation, with responsibilities including system administration, process automation, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will ensure system configurations, security and support finance transformation projects, with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation frameworks, and ERP connectivity is essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA are desirable, complemented by experience in finance systems, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives.
