De functie
The Construction Estimator reviews construction estimates in Xactimate and Symbility, providing feedback with detailed line-item notes aligned to project goals.
You will build estimates from the ground up based on digital sources and ensure they meet profitability targets.
This role includes training estimators, offering feedback, and helping develop standard operating procedures and process maps to streamline estimating.
Responsibilities include submitting complete estimates on time, producing supplements and change orders, and coordinating with project managers and insurance adjusters.
A strong background in Xactimate, Symbility, and TPAs is required; experience with Matterport 3D scanning is highly desirable.
This is an in-office position with potential for remote work opportunities and a clear path to management as the team scales.
