De functie
Lead the creation and editing of video content for social media, impact stories, participant journeys, and internal comms.
Develop accessible, engaging content to promote employability programmes and hub-based initiatives.
Collaborate with the Employability team to recruit participants and promote SkillsShare programmes.
Support marketing campaigns, events, room hire, and community kitchen initiatives with adaptable content.
Assist with email marketing, internal communications, and basic reporting to measure impact.
Work in a hybrid role in Birmingham, applying brand guidelines and collaborating across teams to drive growth.
