De functie
Lead and own the end-to-end supply chain across planning, materials, warehousing, and logistics at a fast-paced manufacturing site.
Own end-to-end processes to ensure performance across quality, cost, delivery, and service.
Drive continuous improvement to optimise material flow, inventory levels, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Deliver cost reduction and value-creation projects aligned to business objectives.
Manage inventory accuracy, stocktaking, and escalations with Purchasing and Sales.
Lead and develop teams with a data-driven approach, leveraging MRP/ERP (SAP advantageous) to meet annual KPIs and budgets.
